Visit North Korea

Welcome to Visit The DPRK

The number one resource for information related to the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea (DPRK), as well as one of the leading travel agencies offering “alternate trips to the country.

About

Initially founded over 10 years ago Visit The DPRK made a name for itself for its active social media, global outreach programs, as well as our unique tours. Since Covid we have reimagined ourselves as being the number one resource for all things North Korea, while still offering curated tour packages, educational and engagement packages aimed at people with a political interest in the country.

While we are not a pro-DPRK organization in the manor of the Korean Friendship Association (KFA) we are unashamedly pro engagement with the DPRK and warmly welcome politically active people, as well as those deemed of the left.

FEATURED TOURS

INDEPENDENT TOURS

With the DPRK currently closed to tourism we are unable to offer fixed prices for our bespoke trips to North Korea. We are though in discussions with our partner in Pyongyang and hope to have further updates in the near future.

GROUP TOURS

Visit The DPRK offer a number of curated group tours throughout the year which are capped at a maximum of 10 people. In our minds this helps avoid it being too much like a group tour and gives more chance for interaction with the DPR Koreans that we meet.
